Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients choose to be away during service. Access details can be discussed during scheduling to ensure a smooth and secure cleaning experience.
Will the first cleaning take longer?
Yes. Initial cleanings often take longer than routine visits because we focus on establishing a thorough baseline and understanding your space. This allows us to deliver consistent results in future cleanings.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
Cleaning schedules may vary on major holidays. If your service needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you in advance to make alternative arrangements that work for you.

What about my pets?
We’re happy to work in homes with pets. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you let us know in advance if pets will be present and share any special instructions. Our team uses pet-safe, eco-friendly products and will always treat your home with care.
